A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US

Hi there. So, who exactly are we, and what do we do? Simply put, RJE Business Interiors is all about pleasing people. Pleasing you and your employees with everything from total remodels to simple furniture solutions. Pleasing your clients, as they bask in the comfort and style of your newly revamped office space. We’re from across the river, but determined to do what it takes to make ourselves at home in Kentucky.

We are entering this marketplace because of the tremendous growth we’re seeing and the high-quality people who call the state home.

RJE Business Interiors does much more than sell office furniture. We’re a workplace solutions provider, specializing in outstanding customer experience and the creation of personalized office environments for our clients. Across our four divisions of furniture, floor covering, technology, and architectural products, we provide solutions for integrated workplace – not just simple product application.

We are well-established in the Midwest, with 17 years at our current headquarters in Indianapolis, IN and offices in Cincinnati, OH and Fort Wayne, IN. We have focused on steady, smart growth, and that’s what has brought us to Kentucky.

Our acquisition of Systems Design is the result of a shared interest in maintaining high quality service the company and its people have become known for. Under the RJE brand, we pledge to offer the best customer experience and a wide variety of products and solutions uniquely designed for our Kentucky customers, while bringing new jobs to the state.

 

We’re excited to represent the Knoll brand in Kentucky! As we have throughout our history, we’ll partner with Knoll and other manufacturers to provide the highest quality products and design solutions.

“Denny” as he is known to most people has been in the customer service business for over 30 years. In that time, he has basically seen it all. But he has not lost one bit of enthusiasm. He is constantly active from the moment he wakes up to the moment his head hits the pillow again. Customer satisfaction is his obsession. Not like a “constantly-wondering-if-he-turned-off-the-oven” obsession, but an “always-striving-to-do-the-best-possible-job” type of obsession. It’s a healthy obsession that 9 out of 10 psychologists would see no problem with. And although Denny is extremely busy making sure customers are completely satisfied, he always makes time for his family and community involvement. He believes in giving people a break and fixing things when they are broken. As such, he is very active in youth programs to give the underprivileged in Indianapolis a better chance to succeed.

Once in a while, Kevin likes to kick back and watch Mikey Teutul on TLC’s American Chopper TV show. See how the other side lives. Because instead of riding a motorcycle like Mikey, Kevin drives an ultra-cool compact SUV with a five-star safety rating. Oh, yeah. And instead of dancing away his worries like Mikey, Kevin works long and hard so that every customer and vendor gets the happy, snag-free experience.

As the youngest of 11 children, Kevin grew up with the nickname Littlemck. He sort of grew up with this company, too, starting when the business was new and he was still in college. After 23 years of satisfying customers, he definitely deserves a new nickname. But Bigmck reminds us of golden arches, so we’re still working on that.
